3pgm Platform ၌ ကစားနိုင်ရန် Valid Account တစ်ခု ဖောက်ရပြီး Registration Process ကို ပြည့်ဝစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ Account ဖောက်သောအခါ ပေးသော Information များသည် Accurate, Complete နှင့် Up-to-date ဖြစ်ရမည်။ မမှန်ကန်သော Information ပေးကာ Register ပြုပါက 3pgm မှ Account ကို Notice မပေးဘဲ ပိတ်ပင်နိုင်သည်။

• Player တစ်ဦးချင်းစီ Account တစ်ခုသာ ဖောက်နိုင်သည်။ Duplicate Account ဖောက်ပါက နှစ်ခုစလုံး Suspend ဖြစ်နိုင်သည်
• Account Password ကို Player ကိုယ်တိုင်သိနိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး မည်သူနှင့်မဆို မျှဝေပိုင်ခွင့် မရှိ

Account Verification ကို 3pgm မှ မည်သည့်အချိန်မဆို Request ပြုနိုင်ပြီး KYC (Know Your Customer) Documents တောင်းနိုင်သည်။ Verification မပြည့်ဝသော Account ၌ Withdrawal ကို Hold ပြုနိုင်သည်။ Player တစ်ဦးတည်း မိသားစုဝင်များ တူညီသော Device သို့မဟုတ် Network မှ Multiple Account ဖောက်ပါကလည်း Fraud Check ပြုနိုင်သည်ကို သိထားပါ။

Data ဆိုင်ရာ Rights, Data ကို မည်သို့ Collect/Process ပြုသည်နှင့် Cookie Policy တို့ကို ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် မူဝါဒ Page ၌ အသေးစိတ် ဖတ်ရှုနိုင်သည်။ Platform ၌ Account ဖောက်ခြင်းဖြင့် Privacy Policy ကိုပါ သဘောတူကြောင်း မှတ်ယူသည်။

• Player Data ကို Platform Improvement, Fraud Prevention, Responsible Gaming ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် Process ပြုသည်
• Marketing Communication ကို Player ကိုယ်တိုင် Opt-out ပြုနိုင်သည်

• Multiple Account: Player တစ်ဦး Account တစ်ခုထက်ပို ဖောက်ခြင်း
• Money Laundering: Illegal Origin ရှိသောငွေ Deposit ပြုခြင်း
• Fraud: Platform ကို မည်သည့်နည်းနှင့်မဆို Deceive ပြုခြင်း
• Bot/Script: Automated Software ဖြင့် Game ကစားခြင်
• Collusion: Other Players နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း Exploit ပြုခြင်း
• Bonus Abuse: Bonus ကို Abuse ပြုကာ Unfair Advantage ယူခြင်း
• Underage: အသက်မပြည့်သေးသူ Account ဖောက်ပြီး ကစားခြင်

3pgm မှ မည်သည့်အချိန်မဆို Player ကို Prior Notice ပေးခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် မပေးဘဲ Account ကို Suspend သို့မဟုတ် Terminate ပြုနိုင်သည်၊ အထူးသဖြင့် ဤ Terms ချိုးဖောက်ပါက၊ Fraud Suspicion ရှိပါက သို့မဟုတ် Platform Security ကို ထိခိုက်မည်ဟု ယူဆပါက ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သည်။

• Player ကိုယ်တိုင် Account ပိတ်လိုပါက Support ကို Request ပြုနိုင်သည်
• Account ပိတ်ချိန်တွင် ရှိနေသော Valid Balance (Bonus မပါ) ကို Withdrawal ပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Pending Bets Settle ဖြစ်မှ Final Balance Calculate ပြုသည်

• ဤ Terms များသည် 3pgm Platform နှင့် Player တို့ကြား Entire Agreement ဖြစ်သည်
• Platform ၌ ပေးဆောင်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ Availability ကို 3pgm မှ Guarantee မပြုနိုင်ဘဲ Maintenance, Technical Issue တို့ကြောင့် ကာလတိုရပ်နိုင်သည်
• Platform Content ၏ Accuracy ကို တတ်နိုင်သမျှ Ensure ပြုသော်လည်း Technical Error ကို Liability အျဖစ် မယူနိုင်
• Force Majeure (Natural Disaster, Internet Outage, Government Action) ကြောင့် Service ရပ်ဆိုင်းပါက Liability မရှိ
• ဤ Terms ဆိုင်ရာ မေးခွန်းများ ရှိပါက 24/7 Support မှ Myanmar ဘာသာဖြင့် မေးမြန်းနိုင်သည်
